16U Chris Faist |
Chris has been coaching Softball for the past nine years. This is Chris’ 6th year coaching the Lady Sharks. Prior to coaching the Sharks, he coached with the Reign organization. In addition to select fast pitch, Chris has a long history with the Kirkland National Little League program where he coached two State Championship teams and a Juniors Worlds Series team. Combined, Chris’ teams have won six State or Regional Championships with more than 26 tournament first place finishes. Chris is active in youth athletics and is the president of the Puget Sound Girls Athletic and Leadership Association. Chris also volunteers as an instructor for Junior Achievement in the Kirkland community. Chris is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Chris has one daughter in the Sharks organization. His older daughter plays for the Lake Breeze Gold organization. |

Dale Egan

Dale has been coaching select fastpitch for the past seven years. This is Dale’s fourth year coaching with the Sharks. Previously, Dale was the head coach of the Storm Fastpitch club. Dale has also been involved with the Monroe Little League program where he has coached. Dale is our Vision Training coach and brings a wealth of passion and enthusiasm to the Sharks! Dale has one daughter in the Sharks organization and a son who plays select baseball. |

Al Ulbrickson

This is Al’s second year in the official capacity as a coach of the Lady Sharks although Al has been a valued assistant over the past six years. Al is a favorite of the Sharks pitchers as he’s ready with a glove to get them warmed up to pitch. Al is our conditioning coach and has worked hard this winter to get the girls in top playing condition. Al’s wife Karen is our official scorekeeper and does a great job! Al and Karen have one daughter in the Sharks organization. |
